Impressed
The chairs are beautiful and a great value. I initially wanted genuine leather and then decided to go with these. I could get (2) for 1/2 the price of the genuine leather one. The feel is not as nice but for practicality, they are perfect. The delivery guys were amazing. I've recently had (2) furniture deliveries and I can't believe how great the guys delivering were.

very firm and not comfortable sitting on!
it looks nice but the cushion is very firm. I tested one in the store and was very comfortable and soft so i decided to buy it. I was very disappointed when i got my new one.

Already Collapsing Cushion
The Cushion seems to be collapsing already within a month of use. It also is pretty hard. If it hadn't already started to collapse I would have rated it higher given it has a comfortable posture and a small back pillow can make it comfortable (except for the hard cushion)

Not worth the headache
I love the way the chair looks but I literally am about to hit 2 years and one chair has came apart in the seam and another is on its edge of bursting! Only buy if you need for maybe 1.5 years! I wouldn’t waste my money again!

Stitching in seat began to unravel and now has split and there is a hole in the chair. The unraveling started in the first year.

Not For Anyone Over 150lbs
This chair looks very nice and is comfortable, but be warned, it is not to be used by anyone over 150lbs! After owning the chair for less than 6 months, my husbands uncle was sitting in the chair and when he went to get up the lower left front leg completely snapped off and the lower right split leaving both him and the chair on the ground. Ashley is sending us a replacement, but honestly, I will be advising guests NOT to sit in that chair. I don't want to see anyone else get hurt.

Beautiful color and style
Looks exactly like it did in the picture. I am so pleased. One issue: I wish Ashley would use sturdier boxes for their products. The boxes were mangled and gashed and I was afraid the upholstery would have been cut. Luckily it wasn't.

Seam ripping after 3 years
I’ve had this chair for about 3 years and the seam right in the middle of the seat is starting to pull apart / rip. I didn’t expect it to last as long as leather would have, but I’m disappointed it didn’t last a while under little use.
