I’ve seen a few comments about the tube feeling empty, but personally, I haven’t had any issues at all. The product is definitely there — it’s just that the tube is a bit long, which might make it seem like there’s less inside at first glance. But once you start using it, you’ll see it lasts a good while! As for the balm itself — it’s amazing. The Sugar Cookie scent is sweet but not overpowering, and the formula is thick, nourishing, and super hydrating. I use it both during the day and overnight, and my lips feel so much softer and smoother. It really helps with dryness and flakiness, especially in colder weather. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, hydrating lip balm that actually works!

Love this stuff!! The texture, how soft it makes my lips, the scent. But like everyone says the tube is empty! I opened it in my car after buying to use it, squeezed it and my fingers met because there was nothing in the middle. There’s only a bit of product down near the bottom end of the tube and you have to work it up to the top. What is this nonsense?! So sad because I really love this gloss!

Smells good, feels good, nice and thick. BUT there’s basically nothing in the tube. It’s only about 1/4 filled. I know you’re paying by the fluid ounce and not the tube size but i’d rather pay for a full tube than wasting 3/4 of the tube on air. Vaseline is the exact same minus the sugar cookie smell but you get a lot more product for your money.

I was excited to try out this new product as the packaging was cute. Decided to try it instead of getting the new Elf gloss and it was a horrible decision. Literally has nothing but air in the tube. Will be getting a refund and instead buying the new Elf gloss.

First thing I noticed was how light the tube was, it was hard to get product out. Then I realized there was hardly anything in the tube! The product is ok, no better than Vaseline. You can see from where my nail is shows how much a brand new tube has in it.

I love this stuff it smells and tastes so good. It is super thick and makes my lips feel amazing. It lasted me a couple months using it every other day! If my lips are very cracked and dry I put this on then the next morning they are so soft

Two stars because I love the formula and the scent, but there is NOTHING in the tube! I thought for sure mine was defective until I opened the second one and the same thing! Nearly empty!! I bought the Elf one and that thing is FULL so spend an extra $4 and get that instead!

Purchased in store, it really is a scam. Pay attention to the other reviews, the tube is Basically EMPTY! You get maybe 3 uses, if you have big lips maybe one use. It literally comes almost empty and you can’t tell because of the ziplock packaging it’s in. Save your $5 and just buy elf or NYX for $8 with way MORE product. Out of my one 2 uses, it’s nothing big, lips stay sticky and feels cheap.

LOVE this mask, however like other reviews said, there’s like no product in the tube and i’m almost out in a week… it’s only $5 though, so i’m not awfully upset. it’s a great sleeping mask, i wake up with soothed, plumped, and moisturized lips! plus, it smells delightful. I hope the company can take our constructive criticism and figure out a way to have more product in the tube. It is only listed as 10 ml on the tube, so i wouldn’t necessarily call it a “scam”, just kind of unfortunate!

I bought the Sugar Cookie yesterday and I had high hopes for this based on other reviews. The formula is sticky and it is only filled about half. Definitely a no for me especially for $5.99 plus tax.
