Not Impressed
I wasn't pleased with this product. It made my hair hard and I combed out a lot of hair. it smelled like doll shampoo. I was very disappointed with this product. The reviews on TicTok didn't do it justice. The conditioner was very hard to rinse out. My hands stayed purple for 3 days after using this product.

Great product if it didn’t have fragrance
Makes my skin very soft, which I love but WHY is there fragrance in a sensitive formula? I don’t think I can handle the smell as it gives me a headache. Please remove the fragrance.

Lots of lather
I was recommended to use Dove Sensitive Body Wash by my dermatologist. I have found this to be the best product for my skin because it contains no sulfates or parabens. Not only does it keep my skin soft, but you only have to use about three pumps to get a generous amount of lather. With my previous products, I had to use at least five. Overall, Dove Sensitive Body Wash is a great value for the price.

Now it’s grainy?
I’ve been using this soap for about 10yrs now. I’ve also been using it on my child since she was one. I got a bottle a couple days ago and it’s very grainy. I looked it up to make sure it wasn’t bad or anything and apparently it’s an issue with their “new” formula. It makes the product feel unsafe. Like something is expired or wrong with it. This will probably be the last bottle I buy and I might throw it out tbh. I’m very disappointed and kinda disgusted by this.

Horrible. If you have sensitive skin go somewhere
The new formula is awful. I've been using this brand for years with no issues. But with whatever they did now I'm itching, burning and after drying off my skin is immediately drying out I needed to use extra lotion where I could.

Disappointing New Formula, Very Irritating to Skin
I have used this product for years. When I bought the new formulation (without noticing), I thought they had mispackaged shampoo as body wash. It doesn’t provide very good suds, and it has dried my sensitive skin out a lot (more than normal, fragranced body wash used to.) I’m saddened that I’ll now have to be shppping for an alternative.

Not expected
Broke out all over my waist and arms. I typically use the exfoliating or antibacterial body wash and have tried other scented ones too but never broke out until using this one.

Remove the Fragrance
I used to use Dove regularly but since it was reformulated and has fragrance I have broken out in rashes! Bring back no fragrance to really make it for sensitive skin!

I have used this product for many years and had no problems but the last bottle I bought cause major burning swelling, and itching in my private parts. Absolutely horrible! I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. So disappointed in dove. This product needs to be pulled immediately!

I have been using dove for 25 years and I'm very disappointed with the new formula. I have sensitive skin and this was the only wash I could ever use. Now my skin is itching and it's causing problems in my areas down below. Sorry you guys have lost a lifelong customer!

A sensitive skin no-no.
I have been using the body wash and beauty bar (both sensitive skin) for years but could not figure out why I would always itch. I changed from lotion to cream and I stopped taking really hot showers. It wasn't until my mother (who also uses Dove products - just doesn't have sensitive skin) used my body wash and soap and her skin was immediately dried out and itchy that I figured out it was the Dove products. I have not found a replacement yet but will not be returning to this.

#1 dermatologist-recommended body wash brand for sensitive skin, still does not mean it is dermatology tested product. I had used this product, and it causes my hand to itch. I switch to a dermatology tested body and the itchy symptom is gone.

I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t use this wonderful body wash for my very sensitive skin. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated without worrying about rashes or breaking out. And I have VERY sensitive skin. The scent is very mild and clean. Thank you Dove. Please please don’t quit making this product. Not everyone can use scented products.

Did ingredients change
I have been using Dove products for sensitive skin for over 6 years. Started using Dove sensitive 24 hr renewing micro moisture and have developed severe rashes/allergic reaction to it...Did the ingredients change ?? Also noticed that it seems to be drying my skin and making it itch. Will no longer be using this product...my dermatologist even mentioned that you might have changed ingredients.
