I must have got a lemon which can happen but every time I try to login for support it goes nowhere ? How does this piece of dead weight get good reviews ?? My mug from day one is a useless paper weight! Never works, never heats, and batter lasts for a whopping 7 minutes ! Do yourselves a favour, buy paper cups they are better and much much cheaper !

At about 8 months the mugs ceramic coating started to bubble, I did not think much of it until it kept getting worse and worse, at that time I submit a claim. It took them 4 months to even give a reply and when they did, they said my warranty was up. They did offer to give another one at a "discount", but the discount is exactly the same price that anyone can find when it goes on sale. What a slap in the face! Upon researching, this is a known issue, very disappointed that they do not stand by their product, as everything else about it is great.

The plugs on the coaster receded AGAIN! Too expensive to keep replacing !!!

My wife gifted me the Copper mug for our anniversary 3 months ago. I love it, but it no longer holds a charge.

suddenly the base fails to charge the mug. Ember phone app works . App pairs with the mug.

I have it for over a year ember 1 , amp crashes , not consistent on temp , not worth the money

i love this mug however, its not charging anymore and i think i need a new charging pad. Its about 3 years old and really stained inside so next time i would buy the dark colored one

This was given as a gift for my birthday and it was awesome. Cons: too pricey and battery does not last. If it wasn't a gift I will not buy it. Not worth the price in. my opinion.

The mug itself works well but unfortunately charging mechanism is not very durable and prone to breakdown. You'll be lucky if it lasts a year before you need buy a new charging base. I do not recommend buying this product unless Ember completely reinvents its charging system to be more durable to elements in the kitchen, moisture etc...

Support is non existent. Mug worked as advertised…..until it didn’t. Can’t get support to respond. Two years and mug fails.

Received mine from my daughter and I love it. Especially when I want hot tea, which gets cold fast.

It was great while it was working, but for the price I would have expected it would have lasted longer than 17 months. Warranty is only 1-year.

I have owned an Ember mug for a couple of years and absolutely love the mug. Unfortunately , the charging pad is terrible. I’m on my second charging pad and it failed in less than 6 months. On both chargers, the pin closest to the centre won’t stay up and doesn’t make contact with the mug to charge. I’ve only ever put the mug back on the charger when it’s dry and have tried gently cleaning it. For the price, it should last a lot longer than 6 months!

Extremely over priced. Terrible charger design that relies on two pins with no base support and eventually one goes down forcing you to buy a new coaster charger. Deeply flawed design and support.

My son & DIL gave me an Ember mug as a gift and I love love love it! Mine keeps my coffee at my preferred temp for a good while, and I use it every single day. I’ve had it for several months and it still works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Had my Mug 1 for about two months, and I love it. Its always a nice surprise when I take a sip, and find the coffee is still piping hot.

I thought this Mug was a great product when I first got it around Christmas time. I even purchased the lid and an extra charging dock. 5 months later though, this device will NO longer connect to any devices to control the temp. Resetting the mug to factory defaults and restarting devices (phone/tablet) does not resolve the issue. I attempted to connect to Android and Apple. Unfortunately, I do not think I will spend this much on a mug in the future.

Love the cup. Keeps my coffee hot. I don't need to heat my coffee up. I finish a hot coffee. Not lukewarm.
