Ember Mug 2 14oz Temperature Control Smart Mug Sage Green: Ceramic Stainless Steel Drinkware for Hot Beverages

My husband bought me this mug for a gift and I LOVE IT! I used to zap my coffee several times every morning because I don’t like Luke warm coffee. This mug is awesome and keeps my coffee hot the entire time.

I got my first Ember mug years ago. After daily use for months, the finish inside began to peel. Ember replaced it. It happened again. And again. I love this mug. It works fantastic. But I don’t want to consume the paint/finish. I clean it daily. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is the Ember 2 better? Are the metallic finishes better?

Cup is awesome however I am on my third charger. Poor design that has two spring loaded points that over time do not spring enough to charge.

charging coaster pin is recessed (known issue with these mugs). I've submitted 3 support requests and nobody will reach out to assist. if you purchase, expect that this will be a throw away product once one of the parts fails.

The mug works fine but the battery loses charge quickly and the CHARGING COASTERS BREAK. More specifically, the interior charging pin becomes recessed after a few months of use and it becomes IMPOSSIBLE TO CHARGE THE MUG. I have had two coaster break in the exact same way so it is a design flaw. Regardless of how good a review I would leave for the mug, the fact that it eventually can't be charged, makes the system completely useless. Perhaps worst of all, they have not responded to my online support requests and they have no phone support.

Best mug ever! Coffee stays hot, and never burnt! It blows my mind every time I use it! OWNED my 10oz for a year, and only thing I hated was ut was too small...so I got a 14oz for Christmas this year, and gave my old one to my dad, and both of us have never used another mug since!

After one year stopped working completely! Don’t waste your money in this one.

Good afternoon. This coffee cup is very innovative and very well thought out. It has the terrible result of failing to load and also fails to connect. My wife has an iPhone, and I have a Samsung. It was useless. It's incredibly frustrating to get overpriced for a simple cup, and worse still, I haven't used it for more than 20 coffees and less than a year after receiving it.

Love my Ember cup. No more heating my morning cup of coffee or tea in the microwave 6-7 times.

Our ember mug just never won our hearts. It’s such a great concept but poorly executed. The round bottom makes it tip over easily with the slightest bump. It quit charging after 6 months. Now it’s just a mug. A very expensive mug.

I’ve had my Ember for 4 years now. Best gift I ever received! A luxury I never would have purchased for myself but have fallen in love with and purchased for multiple friends and family who love theirs too!

Love the mug, works great, app is easy to use. Only issue is the charging coaster pins are fragile. Broke one off the first time I tried cleaning it with a paper towel.

Terrible product and horrible customer service!!!!!!!?!

I love the convenience of having a hot drink at just the right temperature for an hour so that if I get distracted I can come back to my drink without it going cold. It works very well. This is a fantastic product!

Stopped working after 7 months and less than 50 uses. Was hand washed and fully dried only. Power to the pins confirmed good at 19 volts so either the mug died or one/both pins aren't making contact (I suspect the former).

Charging base fails after a couple months. No phone # to contact only email and then they don’t respond. This issue with base is very common

I like my coffee hot. I had a coffee mug but the coffee would get warm before I could finish it. This was a gift from my daughter and son in law. I love my coffee hot and it keeps my coffee at the exact temperature for the time I need it... I rate this right up there with my favorite tools.

This is a terrible product. It always goes cold even if I'm charging. I have to constantly go into the app to raise it to the highest level and adjust to my preferences. It's just a high maintenance product that's not even as good as thermos. I've stopped using it until they do a better product update that doesn't require you to go into a janky app every multiple times a day, it should be customizable to your preset preferences.
