    No instructions included for the power washer so it can be put together! I'm no mechanic!!!

    I did not receive any instructions on how to put the pressure washer together!!! Can one be sent to me?? The two bags holding parts (seals, screws, etc. ) must be in chinese on the outside of the bags. Can someone please help me get an instruction manual???

    You get what you pay for

    My Westinghouse worked great for a year, but then the water pump failed. Customer service made me install a new one myself. It didn't fix the issue, and they wanted me to pay for labor. Luckily, my insurance covered it. Won't buy another one!

    Shipped to Central America, and right out of the box, it wouldn't turn off. Customer service was slow to respond. Now I can't return it, and they won't send parts. Total waste of money!

    Broke after just one use

    So much for German engineering. Worked great at first, but when I removed the nozzle, the yellow part got stuck. Had to take it apart, and now it leaks everywhere.
