Anolon Advanced Home 14" Hard Anodized Nonstick Wok with Side Handle and Lid Onyx

Five years ago, my friend gave me one on Christmas. I have been using it for stirring fry. It catches heat very fast and even. It’s very light and suitable for me. This Mother’s Day year, I ordered 2 for us. I will refer it to everyone who is looking for a good Wok.

This wok cooks to perfection with little to no oil needed. Food doesn’t stick. It cooks evenly on my induction stovetop.

Sturdy and dependable wok. Been using this brand for about 8 years now.

Both wok and pan cannot handle high heat. Both bottoms convex and will not sit flat on stove top.

This is the only wok I have been using for years. I also bought it for my daughter who loves it too. It’s big enough and non stick. Good for daily stir fries and all sorts of cooking.

Just used my non stick wok three days ago. This wok is so nice and big--easy to stir fry meat with vegetables--also the cover is great. I also use the cover with my other large pans and it works great. Heats up evenly and cooks well. Clean-up is easy too. Highly recommend.

Just created a fried rice and chicken protein masterpiece and this WOK is fantastic, so easy to clean too. All my kitchenware is no Anolon.

I bought a 5 month ago. I make a stir fry and ather dishes for my family. Family of 7.

I just received this indigo blue wok in the mail today and the product exceeds my expectations. Blue is my favorite color and the indigo is just a perfect medium blue shade. The features seem endless...amazing color, great design, nonstick inside AND outside, silicon handles, medium weight, combo stainless & glass lid (I couldn’t tell from the picture if the center circle was glass or a solid black color- it’s glass so you can see into the wok with the lid on). I haven’t actually cooked with it yet but I’m doubting their will be problems. I’m hoping that Anolon will make their Suregrip Knives in the indigo color and pair it with a knife block that self sharpens the knives. I’d buy that in a heartbeat (if the price wasn’t outrageous anyway).

It gets heated evenly on any type of stove. If you're looking for a nice size wok then this is it. I totally recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not just a wok! Finally a quality made pan that is multi use. I love this pan. It's the perfect size to whip up homemade Chinese dishes for a family of 5. It sits level on my glass top stove and conducts heat evenly up the sides of the pan! It's also a lighter weight yet still cooks like a much heavier pan would. Here's my favorite thing about this pan. It can be used for so many other things, not just as a wok. I have made sauces in it, one dish meals and it is superb for making cheese sauce for mac and cheese. The pan is oven safe as well. I rarely need to put a pan in the oven and I haven't thought of anything to actually "bake" but it is safe if you have that need. The pan has a well fitting lid and the base has handles for easy stove to table moving. I loved having the food staying warm with the added lid! Overall it is so well made and now my favorite "go to" pan for everyday dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know how great it was to cook with a wok until I tried this Analon nonstick 14 inch wok. My old wok was so heavy and did not have a lid. Now that I have used this Analon wok I will never use any other. This is perfect for my family of 5 and is light and easy to move so you can really get an even cook when stir frying. It is also easy to clean and the double grip handles gives you complete control when cooking. Best wok I have ever used.
