I have now had to return two because the wand breaks. The tip where you apply to your lips get stuck in the tube.

I keep buying this because I like the color and the feel and I am willing to scoop it out with something else, but please please please FIX THE WAND! The tip breaks off after only 5 to 10 uses!!!!

Even though the color was perfect (true bliss - purply pink) the applicator broke, Ulta replaced it, and now it has broken again and is past the exchange date. Sad I can't really use it now. Would not purchase this product again

I purchased this lipstick on the advice of the sales associate. I love the color & it stays on for a lot longer than most lipsticks I have tried.

I thought maybe it was a weird fluke but after reading the other reviews it seems to be a defect. The color heavenly was very pretty and liked the texture of the lipstick but after using it for a short while the applicator broke. I used it with the stick for a while but just then decided to toss it.

I got this lipstick in the shade "Rise Up" which is a very pretty cool toned pink. For a matte lipstick, this one isn't drying at all, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the packaging is poorly designed and this is the second lipstick where the doe foot has fallen off of the rest of the applicator wand. I contacted Ulta Customer Service about this and they said they would "look into it for me" and stopped responding.

I always get sucked into these,but everytime the doe foot of applicator stick breaks off. Ulta fix this already!

I love the formula and the way this product looks and feels... BUT for the 3rd time the applicator stick broke. I'm so disappointed. I will not buy again.

Why or why does this smell like BROWN SUGAR??!!! Yuck. The lip cream itself isn't terrible, although I wish it would dry out a little like a true matte instead of staying wet, but I can manage that. The true disappointment is the bad scent.

Color and texture are nice. I don't notice an offensive smell. This is my second cloud kiss where the doe foot broke off. The most recent was the second time I went to use the product. I pulled the wand out and the doe foot applicator was missing. Now I'm left with a stick.

i actually loved the formula of this, but the doe foot broke off and now i just have a stick to rub on my lips. the smell is not too pleasant either.

The lipstick is moist and creamy, so your lips never feel dry.. However,, the applicator broke the 4-5 time I used the product so now it is" Useless"! The company might want to consider better packaging.😢

Brought this product, the brush tip broke off, I returned it to store got another lip gloss and the new one brush tip broke off.

Love color. Good for older ladies like myself. Goes on good. Love matte finish.

Received Terracotta Rose in a free gift bundle and loved it. Goes on creamy and plush, very opaque, matte, but doesn't dry out the lips at all like most matte lip creams. Doesn't last long, but I don't mind reapplying because the color payoff is gorgeous! Lips feel hydrated but are not sticky at all. This color goes great with my auburn hair and warm skin tone.

Love the color, but wish it stayed better, and the smell is gross. :/

I got the jelly roll and will be returning. Smelled great, but thr second it hit my lips, it was stinging and burning. Was worse the longer I kept it on. Wiped it off and will be returning. Big fail.

It's not the same as the velvet matte lip cream. Color is transparent and comes off easily.
