The legs are hollow and the screw insert pulled through. So now the leg is detached.

The Bench arrived on time and looks nice. Except the side piece (part E) is labeled incorrectly and does not fit. I have had several calls with support that have failed to correct this. It seems no one is capable of understanding the issue and sending me the correct part. Quality control is lacking a bit in this. I can’t recommend buying since the furniture can’t actually be assembled.
