    From what is this lecithin made?

    I haven't tried this product but noticed it doesn't "source" the lecithin. ie: is it made from soy, sunflower or something else? I won't purchase products when so little about it is revealed.

    Use Lecithin

    We have taken a heaping spoon of lecithin each day for 50 years. I cannot rate one company over another, but Fearn is cheaper and just as good as any other that we have used.

    I have been using this product for several years now. It is very reasonably priced and the lecithin granules always appear fresh and never clumpy. Mixes well with OJ and Water.

    Not the same quality as it used to be

    The last container of this product I received was completely different from what I'd purchased in the past - the granules looked smaller and they don't taste good, almost like chewing a sticky, slightly bitter plastic. I think either the manufacturing process or the source of the granules in the container I recently bought has changed, and not for the better. I may try another container after this one is gone to see if they went back to what this product was before, but this is clearly not the same product I've been buying for years.

    Good quality cheap price

    I have tried Now product which is non GMO but for the price difference I find this is a much better value. And considering everything else that is modified I am not going to spend the extra money. Fearn has been around forever and made the first soy lecithin products. So I go with them.
