This shampoo works so well that my 14 year old daughter will both smile and converse in sentences longer than 3 words for several minutes to tell you about it. I was so so excited when I bought this product because it looked so good and I had seen so many positive reviews on it! When I bought this, it was 9 dollars for a small bottle of it. But I bought it anyway, let me tell you, this shampoo burns your eyes. Every single time I used this it got in my eyes and burned so so badly. One time, my eyes were so red and blurry from how bad it was. Also, it is supposed to make your hair glossy but it makes it so frizzy!

Hair color change
Since using the shampoo and conditioner I noticed my hair changed colored. My hair was natural black and now it appears brown as if I deposited a toner on my hair. I don’t recommend product will stop using.

Bad allergic reaction
I had a very bad allergic reaction to the shampoo and conditioner. My eyes became red, swollen, burning sensation and dry patches. My shoulders also broke out in hives. If you have sensitive skin, be careful. There’s something in this formula that my body didn’t like.

leaves hair feeling straw-like and weighed down
I really wanted to like this shampoo bc of all the hype. I went out and bought the whole set and so far I've liked the conditioner and laminating mask but the shampoo leaves my hair feeling straw-like and weighed down by product. my hair normally feels very lightweight and soft after a wash but this was such a disappointment. genuinely was such a let down and I will not be repurchasing.
