leaves hair feeling straw-like and weighed down
I really wanted to like this shampoo bc of all the hype. I went out and bought the whole set and so far I've liked the conditioner and laminating mask but the shampoo leaves my hair feeling straw-like and weighed down by product. my hair normally feels very lightweight and soft after a wash but this was such a disappointment. genuinely was such a let down and I will not be repurchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This line was so nice for my naturally curly hair and made my curls pop! I have low porosity and fine hair making some products difficult to absorb into my hair and do its magic, but this worked beautifully. The scent is pretty strong but thought it smelled very nice and fresh. It made my hair smooth, shiny, and soft without weighing it down.

disappointed with the skin effects
I used this shampoo 3 times in one week and it ended up causing a very bad reaction to my scalp and skin. the skin on my back and chest started to peel and flake, causing me to have to make a dermatologist appointment to be treated. my scalp was very itchy and flaky after the 3 times i used the shampoo and over a week later i am still feeling the effects from the use. i have to say my hair was shinier than every so i will give it credit there, but the skin issues it has caused outweigh the benefit.

VERY disappointed
I used to absolutely love this shampoo! I have thick, long, curly/wavy hair that gets frizzy and tangled easily, and the original sulfate-free glossing shampoo worked wonders. It made my hair soft, shiny, easy to manage, and the smell was amazing. Unfortunately, the new formulation dries out my hair badly. I can’t even comb through it after using the conditioner. My curls feel stiff instead of soft. This has been so disappointing, especially after how perfect the original was. L’Oréal, please consider bringing back the old version, it truly made a difference for those of us with curly, high maintenance hair! L’Oréal, please bring the original version back!
