I never write ratings however, I just used Loreal Ever Pure Purple Shampoo and I am amazed! I have highlighted blonde hair and bought the shampoo because I liked the idea of neutralizing any brassy tones. First, it was fun to use "purple" shampoo & I was not worried that I would end up with lavender hair color (on blonde). Also, did not need any after wash "color rinse" (although I would not have minded). I will definitely purchase this again!

I ran out of my custom shampoo and conditioner and picked this up in a pinch. After using it my hair went gummy and damaged and hair was breaking off. my scalp is noticably thinner after using this product. Do not trust this.

As someone who has used high end purple shampoos, this is a great, cheaper way to get what you are looking for. I left it on for a few minutes and my blonde is brighter. I would recommend a good conditioner or leave in after as it did make my hair a little dry but if you only use it once or twice a week, you should be golden ⭐️

So, I had perfect, luscious, long, undyed brunette hair (no lie) and then I got a balayage. I hadn’t done anything to it in about 10 years. And then all of it turned into a hay bale. So so dry and I felt so sad and considered chopping my hair all off. I started googling “hair dried up after balayage” and read about the need to use shampoo and conditioner for colored hair specifically, making sure it had no sulfate, and color correcting purple. This one looked good so I tried it. Right away after one wash and condition my hair already felt better. Then I added the Odele leave in conditioner to my hair after I washed and conditioned it, which I also got here from Target, and OMG my hair literally went back to almost its luscious self after just one treatment. After 3 treatments it was 100% back to normal. I feel wonderful again. I wish my hair dresser had given me post dyed hair care procedures but you know what? Here you go. Lol

this honestly didn’t do much to my hair. i was so disappointed!! shimmer lights purple shampoo works way better. i’ve used this purple shampoo 5 days in a row, let it set for 15 mins, and haven’t seen a difference at all.

Picked this up because I didn’t want to spend a lot of $$ on a purple shampoo. Can say it definitely works! I noticed less ‘orange’ tones after 2 hair washes! For reference, I only started using it after 4 weeks in the salon and I typically wash my hair every other day. Also, I leave the shampoo in for about 5 mins before rinsing, per my hair stylists recommendation. Definitely going to stock up for my continued hair coloring sessions.
