Had a pickup order Monday morning at 9:30, they sold the product and got a message saying it was unavailable for pickup. I then was offered free shipping for it to be delivered which I accepted and it said it would be here wed dec 31st, and today is January 1st and my shipment is delayed with no updates. I needed this for Monday afternoon and they just keep pushing it back.

Doesn't come with all the letters
It only had some of the letters of the alaphabet not all of them. Impossible to even spell my baby's name.
