Almost Perfect

The chair arrived well-packaged and was fairly easy to put together. I did it alone except for putting the back on the chair. The chair has a lot more blue tones in it than is pictured. Depending on the lighting, it looks completely dark blue and, at other times, more dark gray. The size and stability are great. The reason it loses a star is because the back cushion on the chair is flat. It looks nothing like the comfortable one in the picture. I was hoping it would expand somehow, even knowing there was no way it could expand out that much, and even after more than a week, it is flat. Also, the bottom cushion is close to the picture, but it isn't amazing. I find it ironic that the ottoman actually has the best cushion of the set. I do not regret buying it and would even give it four and a half stars if allowed. I will end up getting some pillows for the back of the chair though.

When cushions are compressed for shipping , it can sometimes take time for them to fully recover their shape. We recommend gently fluffing and patting the cushion, and placing it in a dry, well-ventilated area to help the foam regain its fullness.
