Loved everything about this until we actually used it with ice…just pouring ice into it and putting drinks on the ice somehow punctured the lining which then allowed water to leak under the lining. So now it’s useless.

Not good for extended use.
Does not keep ice for long. Used this for camping, would not even hold ice for 24 hours or keep the melted ice water cold. May be good for a couple hour use? Did have some condensation under it, kept a towel under it. For the price point, expected much better performance.

It seems sturdy and well insulated, but it came dirty and appeared used. The other items in my order were stuffed inside, and the zipper was undone. It looks like someone spilled spaghetti on it. At any rate, I don’t have time for a return as it is for an upcoming trip, so I will clean it and use it anyway.

Traveling with Breast milk
I used my cooler bag for the third time and this time I used it to travel for 6 hours. With ice packs my milk was able to stay frozen the entire time. I used three ice packs and had about 15 bags of breast milk and the bag handled the weight well. I was on an AA flight and the space below was pretty tight. I was able to unzip the bag and allow it collapse a little until takeoff.

Keeps lunch and meds cold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased as my generic lunch bag was too small to carry my full lunch. Now that I also refrigerated medications, the need for a larger lunch cooler was necessary. While the 12L is a big big on my body and can get heavy once filled, it does get the job done. I used frozen Yeti ice packs on bottom and a smaller one on top (when needed). Keep my lunch cooler at my desk and everything is kept cold and ready when needed. I travel almost 2-hrs one way for work. It packs well and travels well. Very pleased with purchase and hopefully last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old lunch bag (Carhartt cooler) and I don’t regret the switch. My ice packs stay frozen at least 3-4 hours longer in this cooler vs my old one. It’s pricey but totally worth it for how well it keeps things cool and the size. I use 3 ice packs: 1 large on the bottom, 1 large on the side and a small one on the smaller side - and I can still stack 3 Pyrex food containers w/ room leftover. thought about getting the 20L but having the 12 L I realize it’s the perfect size for work, 20L is probably better for camping or a beach day.
