It does what it needs to do. Just wish the bristles were a lot thicker and stronger kind of flimsy, but does get the job done.

I have hair that’s on the thicker side and the large version of this brush is absolutely perfect for it. I have never used a brush that gets tangled out so easily. It does add shine and smooth my hair - that’s not just marketing gimmicks! 11/10

The original Tangle Teezer can't reach my scalp because my hair's too thick. This version works so well for my thick, waist-long, slightly wavy hair, I'm here to buy another by request :D! Highly recommended it for those with thick, but not SUPER dense hair. It's truly the best hair brush I've ever used, owned, or tried. Pros: +Able to reach down to my scalp whilst brushing. +Detangles well. +Adds shine. +The ONLY hairbrush I'd EVER use on wet or damp hair because the bristles are flexible. +The peach color is really pretty, imo. +Was worried the light color and material would discolor with use but it hasn't after a year. +Hasn't caused my hair to charge with static. +Handle is comfortable to hold whilst brushing. +Washable with soap and warm, running water. +Lightweight Cons: -Hair can snag on the thin gap between the body of the brush and the bristle-bed of the brush. (Zoom in on the product picture to see what I mean.) -Bristles are flexible, so they are prone to becoming misshaped. (Mine arrived a bit damaged.) -Because the bristles are so pliable, I don't really know where to safety store it so the bristles don't bend or misshapen unnecessarily. -A bit pricey, imo. -Should come with a slim, fitted box for storage and travel. -Because the tips of each bristle is so flexible, those with extremely densely-packed hair growth (i.e. your scalp isn't at all visible from any angle) might feel like this brush isn't brushing their hair at all. -I still require a stiffer-bristled brush (but this brush is the best for brushing the length of my very long hair). -Some may not appreciate how lightweight it feels to hold/ use. (I wasn't at first, but got use to the weight of it fairly quickly).

I have long, thick hair and struggle finding a brush because they’ll usually yank out my hair rather than smooth it out. However, this is not the case with this brush. I’m not sure what’s different about the design of this brush but it does not yank your hair out but fully detangles any knots. Definitely worth it!

I didn't expect a lot from this brush, but boy was I surprised! I have thick, unrelaxed hair and this brush gently and easily detangles my wet hair in the shower. I've tried other detangling brushes, but they never reach my scalp and the bristles bend so they don't work for me. I love the Tangle Teezer and I got a second one for my daughter. It's amazing. I got the large version in my Trendmood Volume 23 box.

I like this brush but I do think the one for fragile hair is even better. The large size is great BUT it doesn’t come in fragile yet in this size. I have the fragile in handle less and 2 other regular sizes. There is quite a softer difference BUT I’d still say the regular is fine too. Anyway large is a great size! Get one.

I have long curly hair that gets tangled really easily and this brush is fantastic. It gets out the tangles without tugging my hair too much.

This brush is amazing!!! I have really thick curly hair and long. I’ve used the wet brush brand for so long. But this brush is a game changer! I bought a purple one and this one. Do not second guess on buying this just buy it.

favorite hair brush!!! wet brush doesn’t work on my thick hair, but this does the job untangling and not just ripping out my hair!
