I had a damaged head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a damaged head board on the bed that I purchased. Plank & Beam was kind enough to send me a new head board, but the replacement head board is also damaged. You would think that if they were sending me a new head board, they would have inspected the replacement piece before sending it.

Decent

Overall sturdy and looks nice. The slats along the headboard are secure but still very wobbly once inserted, and I agree with another customer, the slats where the mattress goes are a little far apart and we had to add a few pieces also.

Classic Expresso Full size Bed.

I chose the Expresso color and I really love it. My granddaughter set the bed up while I was away from home and I was surprised by the classic look. There is ample room for storage under the bed. I will use my own storage containers underneath later. Unless you are super handy at setting up furniture do hire a professional to set the bed up. My bed squeaks when I lay down so, I'll have to get it adjusted. Overall, I am really pleased with this bed! I would definitely consider buying other furniture from this company.

It's very good quality but the color is waaaaayyyyy off. I got the Pecan color and it is alot Alot darker. I would return it but honestly that feels like alot of work.

Nice addition to the house!

It took about 3 hours for me to assemble this by myself. My power screwdriver was essential! Solid construction. Clean lines. Adds an upgrade to the room!

It wasn’t quite the quality I was expecting for almost $300, but better than what I had. There is a metal middle bar that moves around and clanks and the individual pieces of the headboard aren’t actually secured in so they do shift around. The color is nice and the material itself is very good.

Good, solid bed.

We bought this bed because I accidentally got rid of the base to the convertible crib bed and it was held together by 2 screws and good thoughts. This bed was decently easy to put together (it does take 2 people though) and looks really nice. It’s very sturdy. We are very pleased and my 6 year old loves it.

Full bed frame.

Easy to assemble. The design is exactly as envisioned. The space under the bed is sufficient for a great storage area. During the assembly it could seem that headboards are not aligned with the wooden pegs, but if angled a bit it will go right in. I predrilled some holes since one review had mentioned that the wood can split from forcing a screw into a smooth surface. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Very nice bed, pretty easy to put together. Solid wood. One of the trim pieces arrived broken, we were able to reattach it with wood glue, the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise a good quality piece at a reasonable price.

Solid Bed

Nice quality, solid bed. Was easy to put together and we love the color. My only complaint would be that the screws are exposed and the bed doesn’t come with anything to cover them up. Other than that, very happy with our purchase.
