Hello - The Verb Click Connect Travel System does have an infant insert for the Infant Car Seat. It is a new design and different from our other inserts. The user manual will show the insert is apart of the Infant Car Seat that's included in the Travel System -The Graco Team

Magnetic harness strap in Outpace LX model doesn’t work and can’t be replaced. Stroller is only two years old. My grandson slid out of the seat after unbuckling the strap himself. He is only 6 months old. Was told the only remedy was to buy a new stroller.

Awful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was gifted this set for my baby. It is awful. There is no head support for my newborn. When I contacted Graco about head support I was basically told there was no other head support and it was probably the install. It is installed exactly as the manual says. My baby just screams the entire time she is in this seat because it is so awful. Someone has to sit in the back with her to keep adjusting her head so it’s not flopping all over the place.

Dont buy when just having a baby
I like that it clicks into the car seat base and the stroller very easily. I don’t like how there’s not enough adequate padding for an infant with this car seat. When I brought my daughter home she was only 6 pounds and her head was slumped over so much. It was a baby shower gift so I kept it, but I wouldn’t recommend this car seat/stroller combination to anyone just having a baby.

The worst thing i ever bought
I purchased this travel system expecting it to be safe and comfortable for a newborn, but I was extremely disappointed. The car seat is positioned far too upright, making my baby appear almost seated rather than properly reclined. Even my pediatrician recommended that I return it because newborns need adequate head, neck, and body support and should not be placed in such an upright position. I would strongly advise parents of newborns to avoid this product. Proper positioning is critical for a baby's safety and comfort, and this car seat did not meet those expectations. I returned it and would not recommend it to other families.

Feels very cheap and flimsy. I needed something in a pinch and inexpensive so I bought this. I have an Uppababy which I love but am traveling and this was available. The plusses are that stroller collapses easily and the car seat fits into the stroller easily.

Need better structure for infants
The travel set is beautiful in person but the carseat isn't infant ready at all especially for new born. You will need to add an infant carseat insert for better security of your child. I thought being an infant carseat that it would have more but it didn't.

Not suitable for 4 pound infants as described
The item is described as being suitable for 4 pound infants. I found this to be extremely inaccurate. If your baby is born small and has to pass a car seat test due to being in the NICU, this car seat will fail miserably. There is not adequate padding and doesn’t seem safe for newborns.
