Delayed item label printed LATE

Expected delivery on February 5, along with a full size matress from the asamme warehouse. I received one and not the other. It now says Delayed. Its Feb 7 and the carrier has still not received it. I placed both on the same order. I try and fix the issue and all they do is have me print my own label on a item I have yet to receive. I originally ordered a bunk bed and the twin I have still not received. Very disappointed. Target should bare the burden, not me. Has nothing to do with the matress but shipping.Expected delivery the entire day, item was expected the 5th even though I kept checking and only the ups label was printed.
