Damaged

I received the portable bed last night. The box was damaged and opened, leaving the bed exposed. When I checked the item, I found several defects: the leather was torn in two places, one of the locks is broken, and the other is completely missing. It appears the bed may have been used, and it should not be sold as a new item.
