Q: what is the difference between the blue/green and red RockSauce? are they different ingredients? or just different colors?

A: Hello Panoply, The two products you are describing are Rocksauce Ice (blue/green) and Rocksauce Fire (red). Both are for relieving muscle pain, but in different ways.
