  • A: I drive an Elantra and chose to pickup in a Ford Pickup. the box would be a very tough fit into a smaller sedan. best bet is to bring a truck or SUV. maybe an extra hand lifting also, for its weight.

Uncomfortable

So uncomfortable. The center where all four folds meet poke you if you lay on it. Kind of hard to avoid since it's right in the center.

Futon Saving

Even though the original store did not have the item I was able to order in app at the Washington location. After walking back to the home section I wasn’t able to find it. After nearly 30+ mins it was located and I was helped putting it in my truck. The futon was really easy to put together. Took less than 30 minutes to complete. So, far it is comfortable for the most part.

⭐ 1 STAR — NO REPLACEMENT PARTS AVAILABLE

I would not recommend buying this sofa. One of the plastic support legs broke, and despite the rest of the sofa being perfectly usable, Target told me they do not offer replacement legs or replacement parts for it. Their solution? Buy an entirely new sofa. This is a simple removable plastic furniture leg — a part that should be inexpensive and easy to replace. Instead, a customer is apparently expected to replace an entire piece of furniture because one small component failed. For a Target-owned brand, I find it incredibly frustrating that Room Essentials furniture is sold without basic replacement parts being available. It’s wasteful, expensive for the customer, and makes what should be a minor repair into a major problem. If you're considering this sofa, be aware that if something as simple as a leg breaks, you're on your own.

Ouch - futon comfort level is a bummer

While one can appreciate the price point, the comfortability levels are 0/10. Not ideal for long term sitting and not good for sleeping, good luck with that. This thing sinks in the wrong places and is very low to the ground. I’ve had this for over 6 months and can’t wait to get rid of it. Sure maybe ideal for college students but your butt will not appreciate it after 20 minutes. OUCH

Great for a small space!

Picked this up for my son’s college apt. It came in a compact box that fit in the back of my small SUV. Assembly was easy and it looks good in his small space. Great value too!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!

This item was lost in transit. I picked up another one at a store in person. That triggered a "delivered" on the original purchase and I was charged more than $250 for the one futon. After HOURS of interaction I was promised a refund. Which I did not get. I was lied to and robbed by Target. Worst shopping experience in my life. Will NEVER shop Target again. Be careful. They are liars and crooks.

I purchased this for my daughters dorm to fill a empty space under her bed. It was easy to assemble and is a lovely grey.... I think she spends more time on the futon than the bed. My daughter rates it a 25/5!

Cats futon

Placing a drive up order was easy. The target employees were friendly and loaded the futon into the car for us. The futon was easy to put together. We haven't had a chance to use it yet but our cats seem to like it.

This Futon is worth every penny

Ok for all the shoppers looking to see what car this item can be transported in keep in mind We purchased the product Picked up via drive thru in a small SUV Forester with both seats folded down. Transported to school unassembled in the box in a minivan Odyssey situated “standing up behind one of the middle cap’tn chairs and the back row seats folded down. And schleped up an elevator in a push cart. Assembly was a breeze Be because 3 of us were working on different parts to twist on legs and middle metal bar/support. Plan to keep the box for move out and just ease/keep things clean. Is this item for long string-bean type fellas…? No but easy for 3 adults to sit on to watch a television show. Came with the needed size Hex tool that was well taped to the inside of the box with needed hardware. cannot beat the price We had a new item never opened and box without any damage. All premade holes were in the corrects spots No extra tools required, just patience and team work But if you had to do this alone it could be done. Just not as easy breezy as with 3 ppl. Totally worth it!
