A quality pan for all your roasting needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cuisinart sixteen inch roaster is made of heavy duty carbon steel, with wide grip, riveted handles, to ensure they are securely fastened to the pan. It has a non stick surface and is PFAS free. It has a V shaped insert to keep the food elevated and help ensure even cooking. It holds up to an eighteen inch turkey, or twelve quarts of food. I sometimes line the insert with foil (as seen in pic) for easier clean up and to be able to wrap the bird during cooking to prevent the skin from burning. This pan is dishwasher safe.

Cuisinart Large Roasting Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This should be required in the kitchen. I used to use those disposable aluminum foil pans for chicken/turkey. I had knives/forks go through every time and a catastrophe last time where it folded when carrying it and grease drippings went everywhere in and under my appliances. This is sturdy with wide handles easy to hold with gloves, with a nice nonstick coat. Says dishwasher safe, but I've got a large single basin sink and clean ups nothing.

Impressed, perfect pan and rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best roaster I have ever owned. It cooks so evenly. My favorite is to do a garlic chicken. Does not stick at all. The rack is such a great feature to have. Easy to add veggies with the meat. Cleaning is very easy. I wash everything by hand. The handles make it very easy to grip. I will be using this for a lot of family meals.

Fantastic non stick roasting pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent roasting pan. It’s carbon steel and it’s a 16 inch pan. It’s a great size, nice and big, and nice and deep to hold large sized meats to roast. I roasted a full-size chicken in it and it had plenty of room for my vegetables on the bottom, I love the easy grab handles to safely get it in and out of the oven and also the safety handles to easily remove the rack. Next, I’m going to also use the pan to make my baked ziti and lasagna. It’s a nonstick pan and cleanup is a breeze! It's so versatile and I absolutely love it!

Perfect roaster with rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a similar roaster that I never use mainly because it is not able to go in the dishwasher and it is such a pain to clean. The fact that this one is dishwasher safe as a game changer! The rack has a nice depth to it and the pan is a great size. This will be perfect for roasting turkey or chicken. Very excited!

Great roaster/baking pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re not much of whole bird eaters, so instead of roasting a turkey (which the box boasted), we opted for using it as a baking dish. It worked out really well. The pan itself was super sturdy and solid, and honestly felt like it was of good quality. My favorite part is it’s nonstick abilities, making it so much easier to clean.

Perfect!

was looking for a roaster that would accommodate a 19 lb turkey. I was pleasantly surprised that the turkey fit with a couple inches to spare. Cleanup was a breeze! No scrubbing needed. I highly recommend this product.

Great purchase

We fit 2 chickens on this pan woth plenty of toom for vegetables on tge bottom. Handles are at a good angle which makes it safe when taking out of the oven with pot holders. Super easy to clean and store.

Perfect size roaster with rack
