I'm really disappointed that this now has cheap and poor ingredients but the price increases or stays the same. I looooved this product and the fragrance is divine and fresh.

Goats Milk, Chai Shea Butter Body Lotion

Too thick for the bottle
This skin lotion is thick and has a nice smell but you cannot get it out of the bottle. Even after removing the cap and turning upside, I have to discard it with a good amount of lotion still in the bottle. Too annoying to use as a daily body lotion.

Love this lotion!

I don't have to wear purfume or body spray it smells so nice. One suggestion I have is, I was wondering if you have ever considered putting this in a jar? It is so thick, I have trouble squeezing out of the bottle. This is definitely more like a cream than a lotion.

Lotion
I’m obsessed with this smell, it’s thick and buttery which goes on nicely on the skin and deeply moisturizes my skin. My biggest complaint is the packaging. Please please please can you guys make this in a pump bottle version because half way through it is impossible to get the product out. This is the only reason I replaced this lotion.

Too thick!
I thought this would be a nice product to try instead of the Canus Lotion I usually get, but it is so thick it won't even come out of the bottle without really banging it down. The scent is a little too sweet for me also, but the main problem is the thickness. I really do not like it at all but will use it anyway. Won't order it again, will return to the Canus...

Out of the body lotions I’ve tried this is the top of the line. I’ve been using it for about a year now. I love it so much, the smell the texture, the way it feels when applied the natural ingredients everything about it is perfect, BUT the packaging! When you get towards the bottom you have to struggle to get it out, you end up wasting a lot of it. It should be put in a wide mouth jar. With that said I probably won’t purchase it until the packaging is reconstructed. I also purchase the hand cream which I love.

Packaging NEEDS to change
I have been buying this lotion for years. It's my favorite but come on Nubian heritage / Shea Mouisture we need you to change this from a bottle to a jar...same ounces for the same price but just a different jar. I we dont have to cut the bottle to get to the lotion and then the rest if the lotion dries out. All of the lotions that come in the. Bottle could stand just a tad bit more oil too...it used to leave my skin silky glowing not as much anymore feels like the amount of oil has changed.

Excellent for sensitive skin!

I even use this lotion on my face. I read a previous poor review that commented on how thick this lotion is. I like the thick nature of this lotion, it requires less product to cover more skin. The bottle lasts for a few months even though I use it daily all over my body.

I have been using Nubian lotions for 9 years and the goat chai is my favorite by far...lasts all day, love the ingredients, everyone loves the smell. l LOVE the thickness. For all you people whining, open the little opening, turn upside down and hit on hard service til it comes down. Store upside down. or warm t for 3 mins in a massage oil warner or towel warmer. The pros outweigh the cons 95 to 5!!! Please keep making this product. The first time I bought it at an Indian store in NYC. Bought 5 different lotions. Loved Frankenscense first then fell for goat/chai. I usually buy 5 at a time.

I’ve used this for years and it has been my miracle lotion and personal scent in one. Now it looks, feels, and smells different and not in a good way. This is a big disappointment.
