I am such a hard sleeper, and this has actually helped my body naturally get into a lighter sleep in the mornings, my mornings are less stressful and more productive. As someone with diagnosed insomnia falling asleep is a task but this helps my body to relax and fall asleep much faster!

It’s not a want… it’s a need!
My aura ring use to tell me I was “weight training” when I woke up every morning because my heart rate would sky rocket… not anymore! I wake up so peacefully and the gradual sunrise wakes me up so well. When I get ready for bed the calming music is so peaceful and then I have a built in bed time story. LIFE CHANGING!!! I recommend to everyone.

Great alarm clock, Poor app experience
I love the concept of this alarm clock, but the app needs so much work. There’s so much latency when turning an alarm on or updating settings in general and it gives a failure message twice before finally saving.

Hatch for the stay asleep win
Since using my Hatch I have been able to stay asleep each evening and if I do awake in the night I fall right back asleep. It has also allowed me to keep the TV off throughout the night.

The light options are great but the sound/ wake-up music choices are not good in my opinion. They do not get me out of bed. I wish i could link my Spotify or something to it. The white noises are great i use the fan setting when i fall asleep.

So far, I’ve been a week screen free by using this hatch app. My therapist is even going to refer this product to her patients who doom scroll like I did. I must say my sleep has improved, I thought it would be harder to not pick up a phone to scroll in the middle of the night, but it’s actually been an easy change so far. I do wish that I could attach other links to hatch such as certain types of music, audiobooks, or I’m hoping Hatch will get more and more apps added. I’m still figuring it all out, but my favorite part is when I come into the bedroom and it has the jazz music playing with red light that I set up as a wind down that’s been my favorite part so far

I love this alarm clock!!
I have always had a hard time waking up in the morning, this clock has made my mornings feel so much more peaceful, and I feel like I wake up with such a pleasant start to my day. I’m no longer snoozing 5 to 8 times each morning, usually I wake up before the alarm actually starts from the light, and then the beautiful sound of birds chirping is enough to make me get up in the mornings! The sound options for the sound machine are also incredible and so soothing, highly recommend!!

Not reliable if you lose power
The alarm device does not have a battery so if a storm comes through in the middle of the night and you lose power, the alarm will not go off per your routine

I LOVE my hatch! It’s everything I expected it to be. The only 2 things I would want to see changed: ability to create more than 1 wind-down cue. I go to bed at different times most nights so it would be nice to have set wind downs for different days. Second, I wish I didn’t need wifi for it to work (hard ask, I know). But my family likes to turn our wifi connection off at night due to radiation concerns/technology but I’ve been telling them not to so my hatch can work!

Awesome easy to wake up.
I never thought a light turning on would wake us up. But it’s such a peaceful way to start your morning and we are so enjoying our hatch. I love the way it looks. It’s very subdued and I mostly enjoy creating different daily. Looks and wake up sounds. I am thinking of buying a second one to carry with me when I travel. We couldn’t be happier.
