Q: Are the legs adjustable? Can you have two higher and two shorter if you have steps and not a totally flat surface?

Nightmare.

Do not buy this. It’s terrible quality and I can’t even put it together. It’s clearly deformed and can’t be assembled but we didn’t figure that out until the return window closed and the company won’t do a single thing to help us or make it right. This is an absolute nightmare and it looks like we are just out $300 because nobody will help us.
