I love the Shawburn line. I also have the large dresser and nightstands. They are beautiful, easy to assemble, sturdy and provide tons of storage. Price point can’t be beat. 10/10 recommend!

Disappointed
I was actually disappointed in the desk. It has numerous scratches on the top as well as the front. You can tell at some point someone tried to cover up the scratches. My husband is going to try to use wood filler. If, not we will be sanding down the top and refinishing.

It’s a nice desk, but the construction materials for the drawers suck. It came with hooks instead of screws for part of it, which left the drawers looking crooked. Some of the screws they did include were plastic and had to be hammered in. We were honestly shocked for such a nice furniture company to have their furniture constructed with such crappy pieces (the hooks and plastic screws).

Everything is excellent !!!! Packing is perfect only advice in small quantities since it’s convenient and not to heavy to carry ,who brings the Furniture and those who receive the purchase.

Well constructed and great looks.
I wish it had a greater depth, but I've made it work in my room. It's really a BEAUTIFUL desk! It assembled easily, and appears to have been engineered perfectly.

Not bad for price
Not very high quality, but you can’t expect that for the price. It was fairly easy to put together. Drawers don’t sit exactly flush with the rest of the desk, but again can’t beat the price. Just hoping it lasts.

Manufacturing Issues
I expected better. While the desk looks great and would be perfect for my needs, it was not manufactured to the correct specs. The holes to secure the drawers do not align (one side) on any of the drawers (see photo). Additionally, the bottom panel does not slide correctly into the precut grooves on one of the drawers (see other photo). I tried moving around parts, but its the same result.

Nice for the price
As one of the reviewer mentioned, it's nice for the price. One of the lock screw is loose and when I installed the draws, the bottom one had an issue. The slide was stuck. I lightly hammered it out and used W-D4 to make it loose. Overall I am happy with the purchase. It looks just as beautiful as the picture. I hope it holds up.
