Great size cooler
Great size for bringing essentials. Can hold a decent size container; yogurt cup (such as noosa), couple of fruits, 16 oz. water bottle and an ice pack or two. It is not well insulated, and is not recommended for anything that needs to be cold for more than 4-5 hours. I usually freeze my water bottle to help with keeping my food cold, and by 12pm the bottle is almost un frozen. Get in on sale, would not pay 100 for this as there are cheaper coller that keeps food cold (such as Packit).

It works!
I’ve had this cooler for 6 months. I use it 5 days a week as my lunchbox for work. I can fit so much stuff inside! It keeps cold items cold and hot items hot. I heat up my breakfast at work and I put it inside the cooler on my way to eat and when I open the cooler it’s hot and still steamy. It’s pricey, but it’s worth it. For everyday use the wear and tear really isn’t that bad. My complaint is that the metal wire that opens and closes the cooler is turning the fabric black.

Bought this item online from target since it was out in stores, when I received the item I was exited to use it but then started to take a closer look. When I flipped the bag there was a red stain on it. On top by the zipper there’s a black spot. When I open the bag there was another red stain. They send me a used and returned bag. The bag was not $20 it was over $100 for it to be used and stained

Did not keep items cold long enough
It’s a lightweight option with good materials. Not an option for long-term cooling. Once I got it home I packed two ice packs into it and left it on the counter overnight. Within 10 hours they were both warm. I’ll be returning it because I need it for breastmilk when traveling and for long days at Disney. It would be good for a lunch bag, but too big of a price tag for me to keep it for that.

Very disappointed with my purchase. It was delivered in a store plastic bag to my home it was not properly packaged. Stains everywhere, the alarm wasn't removed. 360 circle membership will definitely be canceled this is unacceptable.

I like the clamshell opening. Plenty of room for lunch and snacks. I've tried two different ice packs. Only keeps things cool for about 7-8 hours in an office setting. The zipper on the side is big enough to cram a napkin inside. Not big enough for standard sized utensils. No grip on shoulder strap to keep it from sliding off your shoulder. Expected more performance for the price and brand.
