Versatile Little Workhorse
I use this both at home and in my cooking classes for seniors. With family roots in Louisiana, we eat rice almost as much as an Asian household. Everything is served with or on top of rice. Easy peasy and no more burnt rice from me forgetting its on the stove. It can be used to prepare so many other one-pot dishes for one or two persons, so I use it in my senior cooking classes for those who do not have much space or a full stove in their studio senior apartments. Price is reasonable and it does a great job.

Great product. Only minor complaints.
This rice cooker works very well. I have made several batches of rice and even made some grits and everything came out perfectly. I only have 2 minor complaints that probably have more to do with my failing eyesight than any real defects in the product. I wish the inner pot came with the white markings. The markings are pretty hard to see when putting the water in. I also think the button markings on the red background are a little tough to see. But other than that I think this product is great and would recommend anyone get it.

I bought this product at Macy's. Please check the cap. It melted and the plastic mixed into the rice. We didn’t realize it until we saw the cap had fallen on the floor. We had eaten the plastic. My children often missed school because they had abdominal pain.

This rice cooker is amazing! I wish there was a specific measure option for one portion but making 2 portions isn't bad. I love the rice flavor! They say that the rice cookers add flavor and they kinda do. Idk what it is but it's so much better then stove. Maybe it holds the content in instead of it boiling away. The turbo setting is perfect you can start your plain rice before you start your meal and by the done with the meal to put it on the table it's ready to serve.

Used for 1 year and 2 months - Loving it
I've been using this rice cooker for a little more than a year now and I have ZERO complaints. I eat rice with every meal (I am Korean). It is a fast (~45 minutes for white rice) and capable rice cooker. I can only speak to my experience cooking white rice with it (no brown rice sorry). Durability: no complaints at all, the build quality is just as good as the day I bought it. Also the rice cooker pot is very high quality and is still working very well. Rice quality: tastes amazing every time, no complaints here. There are many times where I have to make the rice and leave it in the keep warm mode for several hours, and when I do finally come home to take out the rice it tastes fresh as if it had just finished cooking. Cleaning: Very, very, very easy. I only have to do this once every two weeks and everything pops out very easily which makes this step a breeze. Would I recommend: Yes, absolutely I would recommend.

Korean Appliances Are Also Superior
When I came back home from college, my family got a new rice cooker. We had a Tiger for a long time and without fully paying attention, I thought it was a different Tiger model because the rice came out amazing like always. I was surprise to see that it was a completely definitely brand but happy to know it was a well known Korean brand. Everyone makes a big fuss about Japanese stuff but Korean makes amazing stuff too and the cost is cheaper! Also, big fan of the micom features which we never had before so that's something I really like.

Hands down the best value for quality rice
This is a great rice cooker for a fraction of what you'd pay for a zojirushi rice cooker. Even better is it cooks just as well and has much if not all of the same features. All of the components are quality you'd expect of 200 or 300 dollar rice cookers.

Supreme rice cooker!
Love my Cuckoo! I have had this rice cooker for almost a year and it is amazing. I use it at least three times a week and it cooks rice to perfection. There are so many fantastic features, and it is easy to use. It keeps rice, warm, and it can be on a timed cook. This is a top-tier rice cooker. I would definitely recommend Cuckoo.

Solid rice cooker, has more "basic" functions but very durable (like 10+ years of use!). Cuckoo is a trusted brand in any Korean household for rice cookers, you can't go wrong the rice will come out great each time. So easy to use and clean (better quality if it's Made in Korea).

Extremely Great Rice Cooker
One of the best rice cooker I’ve bought. The quality of the product is phenomenal and unique. The amount of cooking options on is the best. Non-stick pan makes cleaning easy and quick. The Cuckoo ricer cooker is also light and elegant. The only complaint I have is, wishing it had a handle.
