Gold Bond Medicated Original Strength Body Powder - 4oz

I've been using this powder for ages. I use it after shaving and as deodorant. It stops razor burn on your body and it is very cooling under your arms and on your feet. It smells medicinal, but I like it way better than sweet smells. It's fresh and clean.

Didn’t realize it contains menthol. I’m allergic to fragrances.

I'm hoping this isn't too much information, but also hoping to let other women know my experience. Especially as you get older, if you're diabetic, larger, or you work out a lot, there are times when your skin can get a bit pink from perspiration. On your face, it isn't a big deal, but in the folds of skin it can contribute to the skin breaking down . I selected this product after an incident where I was experiencing some redness at the top of my thigh where it meets my body. After sprinkling the powder first on my hand, and then on my skin, within about 60 seconds it started to really irritate around the intimate area . Had to rinse it off. For reference, I'm in my late 60s and now overweight, although my skin has always been sensitive to perspiration, getting red and sore from heat and sweat. So now I've only been using it more as a preventative in other areas, such as the crook of my arm and under my bra prior to a workout, or being outside in the heat. It's great for that. Use it before your skin turns pink.

I rubbed this on my feet.. they felt dry & cooked. I would apply before work & reapply usually at lunch time. The powder felt silky. I would recommend this product

I bought the Goldbond Men's Essentials body powder spray. The button is hard to push down and it stop working with around half a can of product. Unless they revamp this spray product it is not worth buying. I have bought the regular nonspray powder.

Every bottle I have bought has stopped spraying after 2 or 3 uses

This new improved product is sucks I’ve been using gold bond powder for 20+ years WHY would someone make this garbage the old one with the red top was a 100 percent better. This new version is a total waste of money I will never put my money back in that product

The bottle isn't even half full. Now I have to store a gigantic bottle of Gold bond that is half empty.

Please bring back the original product with zinc oxide! The product always worked amazing until you changed it!

The product was wonderful until you "improved it". Now it doesn't have much if any zinc oxide. It doesn't cling to the skin. It doesn't heal anymore !

I am so disappointed int he "talc-free" formula of this powder. It has been a favorite of mine for decades and now I don't even have the option to purchase the talc version that I had grown to know and love. The talc-free version I just got is gritty, much like if you left your cornstarch out and it was damp and some of the particles formed tiny little clumps. I hate it. Bring back the original talc version for those of us who want a talc powder. I don't think you should have the word "original" on the packaging. It's very misleading and I ordered what I thought was the original because the listing did not specify "talc-free" but did "original".

Gold Bond powder exceeded my expectations in eliminating itch and chafing from my bra band during workouts. I feel confident knowing it has corn starch rather than talc as a key ingredient.

I've used Gold Bond powder WITH talc for years & loved it. This new formulation with corn starch doesn't work at all & makes a mess. Please bring back the talc.
