Nope.

Good texture but the flavor isn’t enjoyable and basically non existent. The regular gummies are way better and something I enjoy taking. This is the Lacroix of melatonin gummies…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that these sleep Mochi Bites use r ingredients that help support relaxation and sleep (melatonin, magnesium and chamomile). The texture is great as well as the flavor. Just make sure you take it BEFORE you brush your teeth- the only negative thing I can say is that they stick to my teeth a bit after chewing and they have a small amount of sugar. I like to read in bed at night so I take these right before getting into bed, brush my teeth and then grab my book. After reading for a bit, I feel nice and relaxed and have a good night’s sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

i was excited but then

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was really excited when these finally came in the mail, and i finally got to use the polly sleeping mochi melatonin gummies. i read the directions and followed how many to take, it said to take 2 and chew them thoroughly, which i did. then i set a timer for 30 mins because it said that’s how long it would take to feel drowsy, so i clean up a bit before heading to bed, mind you i took these around 1230am so i was expecting to fall asleep around 1am-1:20am. I DIDNT FALL ASLEEP UNTIL 7AM!!! like HUH?! i was sooo upset but i did wake up pretty rested which was weird. so i tired them again the next night, did the sameee thing besides cleaning up a bit but instead of taking them and start cleaning i took them right as i went to bed and doomscrolled, i fell asleep 1 hour later (i usually have trouble falling asleep ☹️) but over all they weren’t the worst things i’ve tired, there’s definitely better out there.

They had a gummy mochi like texture. They did a good job calming me down prior to sleep and getting me in the right headspace. I would definitely reach for these again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these, for starters they sent them to me with an ice pack which I appreciated and they smelled delicious and taste just as good I love they only contain 1 gram of sugar and are easy to store away or take on the go if I’m traveling and the packaging is wonderful I don’t have to worry about little hands getting ahold of them because they include a safety lid and as an insomniac I have tried so many different things but these actually helped me fall asleep and stay asleep and I don’t feel groggy in the morning
