A: Thanks for your question! You can oil pull once a day, ideally in the morning before eating or drinking. Some people also enjoy adding it to their bedtime routine, and that works great too. Doing it once or twice a day is perfectly fine.

Q: My box included the oil pulling bottle with small plastic cup to pour oil into and use, tongue scraper and small plastic bag with teeth cushion. Was the teeth cushion supposed to be included? I can’t find any info on this

I purchased this last January and just went back to purchase it once more! I do use it a little more sparingly than suggested (5mL about every other night for 3-7 mins, depending on my mood), but I have noticed a huge difference. Plaque doesn’t seem to be sticking to my teeth as much as before, and I feel happier with my smile. I like the fresh flavor. I spit it out in the trash.

My dentist told me I was showing signs of gum disease. I have no cavities or damage to my teeth so I knew it had to be bacteria beyond my teeth. I was having trouble with bad breath. Even after brushing twice a day. Tongue scraping. And using the waterpik twice a day. Used this for 5 days and my husband said I no longer had bad breath. I used 5ml a night for ten minutes. So happy I bought this and that it works. Will keep this in my oral hygiene routine.

Oh my… I see others like the flavor, however I am not one of those people. It really tastes the way Repashy and Pangea made my crested geckos tank smell. I know, very specific, but I could not think about anything else while swishing it in my mouth. I do agree it makes your teeth feel very nice afterwards, so I’m hoping I get use to the flavor. It has good ingredients for oral health, so I don’t doubt it works. I hate when people leave bad reviews for a good product just because they don’t like the way it smells or tastes. Though this is just my first impression and I do think it will improve my oral hygiene routine.

Really great for loosening plaque. I was definitely skeptical about trying this, but it was pleasantly surprised that it taste decent and after brushing, I feel like my teeth look wider and feel cleaner.

This is a wonderful flavored oil (includes cloves and mint essential oils which are great for teeth care). I use only a small amount (about 7ml) and swish for at least 10 minutes while watching the news then spit out in the kitchen garbage. Additional bonus: it makes the garbage smell nice, heh. 😆
