Bad Product/ Incorrect Parts

I purchased this chair online & Part #2 bolts that connect the chair legs to the chair were too long. I stripped the bolt trying to tighten it to the chair and the legs were still wobbly with about a 1/4 inch of the bolt sticking out away from the frame of the chair. I needed the correct part in order to properly tighten the legs of the chair to the chair frame, but was told by Costway CS that I needed to contact Target since it was purchased online. I forwarded my email to Target CS and was told I needed to call guest services. I do not know what guest services could have done that my emails could not get resolved. I ended up returning the chairs bc I was tired of the back and forth. I will NOT be purchasing any more chairs made by the company.
