Hardware solid but software needs complete upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit is not inexpensive and while the sounds is solid the software and integration with anything other than TV leaves a lot to be desired and even that is pretty limited. The LG Thinq app is required to get it to work with voice assistants and it doesn't work with Alexa. It does not support Spotify Connect or Apple Music directly, you have to open the music app on phone and select the speaker to cast to. Wow orchestra is pretty good, but equaliser options are limited and obviously when the TV is off you have no interface to change anything as the LG Thinq app is not really designed for the soundbar, being a general houshold IoT app. Tbh I got it as part of a LG G5 OLED TV package and don't think I'd buy it otherwise especially anywhere near the listed price.

Speakers sound great…but where’s the bass?
I received my S95TR sound bar today and hooked it all up. Everything was REALLY easy to setup, get connected, and get working. The sound from the bar and the rear speakers is great! The AI room calibration is super simple. The reason I gave 2 stars is because no matter what I do, tricks I try from forums and Reddit….the bass is nonexistent. I feel the subwoofer and it’s working. Light is steady green showing it’s connected….but there’s just no bass. During the calibration the sub sounds great…but thats the only time there’s bass.

Powerful surround sound
Awesome sound. This soundbar is definitely on par with the top tier soundbars in terms of sound quality. There's enough sound to fill a medium sized room. Wireless speakers are great and give the freedom to place without having to worry about wires running. Paired with my C5 this produces amazing surround sound. Definitely recommend it.

I’m in love with the sound, it’s incredible! You get clear dialogue, powerful bass, and a real theater-like feel. Internet interference
While the sound quality is top notch, the bar interferes with our internet to such a degree that no matter what work around we did (separate WiFi / 2.5 vs 5ghz / moving the router etc etc etc), the ONLY solution that worked was removing the bar all together. The TV was utterly unwatchable with the bar in the room.

Lg G5 + S95TR owner hoping for a miracle
I have tried every conceivable way to get my S95TR working properly. HDMI from the bar to eARC port on my LG G5 OLED, also tried optical connection, and the wireless option. No matter what I do or how I change the settings the sound this bar emits is entirely hollow and tinny. Voices sound extremely bright and the constant giant fluctuation of volume throughout most programs is driving my better half insane. In order to hear normal voices you have to turn it way up… first action scene and you are forced to manually adjust the volume way back down. This is further complicated by the new remote included with the LG G5 which mutes the program entirely when you hold the volume down button for more than 2 seconds. WoW orchestra does not improve anything and as far as I can tell the TV’s native speakers do not emit any sound when this feature is enabled which is a shame because the built in speakers in the G5 sound fantastic when compared to the soundbar alone. I wish the soundbar added to rather than replaced the TVs sound output but alas no it does not. I wish I had something better to say about the S95TR but I woefully regret this purchase and now my only hope is for a firmware update that fixes this untunable audio nightmare.

After six months of use, the rear right speaker stopped working, I took it in for repair under warranty. The motherboard was replaced.

Great quality sound, easy to set up

I would like a little more adjustment that I can make on device (at the moment to control balance etc. you ideally need to use the LG ThinQ app) but for an easy to set up sound solution it works very well.
