There was a sticker attached to the lid, and when I removed it, it left a lot of sticky residue. I gently rubbed the residue off with my fingers, but even that caused the color of the finish to change. This is extremely disappointing quality for an Owala product. A factory-applied sticker should not damage or discolor the surface just from being removed.

the water bottle was great! my only issue was the packaging, they didn’t properly wrap the bottle to prevent dent and my bottle was opened with a dent on the bottom so it doesn’t stand as easily, it wobbles a little.

BEST bottle for my kids. Easy to clean every part and leakproof.
This is the only bottle I use for my kids now. After spending hundreds on Stanley’s and yetis, and dealing with mold on their non removable parts, this is the only bottle I like now. All the parts are completely removable and easy to clean. It’s also 100% leakproof. My kids have used it everyday at school for 3 months and it’s still practically new. You may need a towel/cloth to get a better grip to pull out the plastic inside the lid, but overall 10/10 recommend.
