Do not buy this product from Target

Purchased this through Target.com for a Christmas Present. It is adorable my granddaughter loved until it stopped working after approximately 10 uses. We tried all of the manufacturers troubleshooting fixes. None worked the Unicorn is defective. I called Target to ask about any warranties. They said there is none beyond 30 day return policy and that I should contact Costway directly. I found out I would have been covered by the1 year manufacturer warranty if I purchased through them but because I didn’t I would have to contact Target again. I called Target customer service and explained my frustration that because I purchased through Target I have no warranty. They could have cared less I purchased from Target because I trusted Target. Lesson learned. Don’t buy anything 3 rd party through Target

Cute, but Not well constructed.

The head is wobbly. Not well constructed. Cute looking. Disappointed it doesn’t make pony sounds and when you hit the switch on the wheel to create a bumpy pony ride, the electric operation is deactivated. Some people might like this feature. However for older children this feature is disappointing. Definitely not worth the listed $300.00 price. It’s worth under $50. Yes I overpaid.

Disappointed

Same experience as the review before me. Order processed and “shipped” immediately but it hasn’t moved since. Target was very nice but asked me to wait an additional 5 business days before they process the return. Order can’t be canceled because it’s already “shipped”. Very disappointed, my daughter would have loved this.

Delayed, with no hopes of arrival.

3rd party shipping “Target Plus item” which I have not experienced prior. I purchased for a birthday gift and the shipping company can only assist once package is delivered. Package keeps changing to the day of’s date for delivery but facility in my state hasn’t even received yet. ETA was 3 days ago, must wait atleast 4 days to request refund & then takes up to 10 days. Not worth the hassle, will not buy from plus again.
