Life saver I get horrible headaches & migraines caused from neck spasms. Ice packs help give me relief, & this style is so much more convenient than regular ice packs. Plus, the material stays cooler longer & I dont have to be concerned about beads bursting. Ive actually decided to order more for other body parts, too. Ive used the heck out of this thing!

Great for the heat I do a lot of cardio outdoors and its been 100 degrees here. After k get home just putting this on for a few minutes is very relaxing. I do freeze it so its very cold but it works so fast!

Cool, Comfy, and Works I...

Cool, Comfy, and Works I need options for hot and cold applications to my neck, and this is perfect for the cold part. Is supercomfortable, fits really well to deal with my neck and upper shoulder pain. And if it's just a hot day and you want some relief, put this on and it will feel great. The velcro could be stronger, but I highly recommend.
