The designs in the shapes actually come out so well the hair and outfits come out perfect! Play doh is really good to mould in to shapes and handle and doesn’t dry out compared to other brands. Hours of play
My 6yo loves this! Mixing her two favorite things - playdoh and Barbie - perfect idea! There are so many possibilities and a lot of playdoh included including 2 sheets of designs (I thought the designs shown were needed to be made but in fact are included for ease of use). There are stampers and 2 different ruffle option tools that can be used with any other playdoh. It was fairly easy for my daughter to do once she got the hang of it. She only struggled with the bottom of the dress (I think the weight of all the playdoh ruffles started pulling and tearing the dress). Overall, she's in love with it! My son even got jealous and found a boy doll and started making him clothes. Wish Barbie could make a boy version so both children could do this together, but we made it work. Can't wait to get more styles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has had a wonderful time with her Barbie designer fashion show Play-Doh set. The set comes complete with a Barbie, lots of tools and plenty of Play-Doh. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and gives you the option to create two looks, as well as as many of your own. The tools are simple and easy to use and my six-year-old was easily able to make a wonderful design. The Play-Doh crinkles into pretty bows and patterns to create lots of dresses and skirts. She also comes complete with two pairs of shoes and some sunglasses. My daughter has had hours of fun with this set and we can’t wait to keep on using it. I’d highly recommend the set to others and it’s been brilliant fun!

My daughter wanted this since we first saw it on the shelf at target. I saw the price and immediately said no. After seeing it on sale we purchased this for her birthday. She loves it. I was really impressed by how the box is a vessel to store everything and a backdrop for the Barbie. I think it’s worth the value at $17 which is what we paid when it was on sale combined with a toy purchase coupon of $10 off $50. We bought for two friends birthday parties and they liked it as well. I’d say it’s more for older girls because younger may not be able to work all of the tools to make the clothing pieces (unless you don’t mind that it’s not solo play). Daughter as autism and loves this.
