The flavors are great and the texture is important to one of the kids in my house die to bring on the spectrum. She was able to eat these and had no issues. They are healthy for your body too.

I love the belvita biscuits in the blueberry flavor and I love the soft baked bars in the banana flavor so this kind of combined the two. they’re good but I didn’t get as much blueberry flavor as I do with the biscuits. they have a nice soft texture, I even kept them refrigerated and it made a nice cold snack as well. I usually eat the blueberry biscuits dipped in my yogurt so I crushed a few of these soft bites up and it was good. i’ll for sure finish the bag but I wouldn’t buy them again over my other belvita items. I would still recommend trying them.

However they are good and convenient to take with you. The flavor was ok, not my favorite. I think the serving size was about 7 of these. Overall good product.

With healthy ingredients, you know you aren’t getting any high fructose corn syrup, or other artificial sweeteners. They include fiber and only 120 calories for 4. They are high in carbs so I usually limit my treat to 2 as I go low on my carbs. Very yummy.
