We have municipal compost so this bag delightfully fits into my life - and it makes me feel way better about sticking leftovers into a plastic bag! And the food I’ve stored stayed exactly as fresh as if it had been in a “regular” bag. The bags are also a really satisfying texture, which I wouldn’t have expected or cared about, but it’s a nice touch! 😜
