    This fruit pouch is a convenient way to get a quick boost of energy before a workout. The consistency is like applesauce, and the flavor leans more on the pineapple and mango of the "tropical fruit punch" blend. It's not overly sweet, I would compare it to the sweetness of a Fuji apple. I'd also note that for the best flavor, it's really important to shake the pouch before consuming, because that allows the juice and fruit puree to blend more harmoniously. The texture is pretty normal and nothing out of the ordinary, it’s good quality apple sauce. The packaging I find a bit inconvenient if you don’t want to eat all of it in one go u can’t screw the cap back on, it’s not a big deal but just something I noticed! I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone who loves apple sauce, they won’t be disappointed there’s a lot of different flavors to choose from. Very affordable too.
