I will definitely be using this all the time. It goes perfect on bao buns and the texture is amazing! It’s not toy and it’s not too thick. A lot of sauces like this tend to stick to the roof of your mouth but this one doesn’t. You can use it for a lot of different things too. Whether it’s chicken, pork, or Ramen. If it’s gonna have chili I wanna have a little heat to it just a smidge but this was just overall sweet. It had ok flavor but would have benefited from the combination that chili can offer. I do really like that it’s dye free and made with no artificial stuff! It’s very easy to open and use and store. Overall if you like it sweet without the heat this is for you!
