Came to look at the reviews to see if I was crazy or not because this tastes way different than what I’ve enjoyed before. I’m super disappointed, this was my favorite cereal. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing again. It does not taste good anymore at all.

Was our family's favorite cereal until changed earlier this year. Please bring the original back! It's not as chocolatey and seems stale from day 1. There are new flavors that just are weird.

I have been eating chocolate crunch almost daily for 4 years and absolutely loved its taste and nutritional value. You recently changed it and I am EXTREMELY disappointed as it was 1 of a few cereals I found very tasty, high in fiber and low in and added sugars. Seems your “NEW LOOK” notation of the box also meant new recipe. I see others have shared their disappointment and ask that you bring back the previous recipe. Otherwise, I will discontinue purchasing it.

What happened here? This used to taste really good. I used to buy the smaller boxes. I noticed that when the bigger boxes came out, this lacks flavor. It tastes like cardboard now. What is up with that?? Fix it! Before, I'd give this 5 stars, now i'm being nice to give it 1 star.

New larger size box at a higher price is not nearly as good as the old Kashi Go Chocolate Crunch. I was very disappointed and I believe they changed the formula. Hopefully they will go back to the old stuff that was much better. I will have to look for a new brand of chocolate granola.

We used to loved this cereal, we eat like two boxes a week. But this new formula is crap, bring back the old please. Whomever decided was a good idea to change the recipe should be fired for destroying a perfectly working product.

Agree with many many others. No idea what they were thinking but clearly they have changed the recipe and markedly reduced the chocolate flavor. Tastes like crunch cardboard. If anyone reads these reviews please please go back to your previous formulation, or at least do something to actually create a chocolate taste.

I was excited when Kashi Go Chocolate returned to the shelves after the reformulation left my grocery store without for over a month, but I was horribly disappointed when I tried the new formula to find it was now boxed cardboard without even a suggestion of flavor, much less chocolate. My go to cereal is now my go to trash cereal. 0 stars.

I’m glad another reviewer called out the addition of chicory root to the reformulated formula, ever since I picked up the rebranded edition on the 12th I’ve had many more GI problems! Apparently chicory root is known to cause them. Other reviews’ comments about the taste are absolutely correct, it’s also far less flavorful. Now I’m stuck with 4 boxes of this…
