Wood and Metal Coat Rack Brass Finish - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

The screw holes did not line up with the metal brackets. It was missing a metal plate that held the top and bottom sections together. It seems like it could be a great piece, but the construction is horrendous.

Need to return. The rod extending to the bottom was too long. Hopefully someone at the store can correct the issue.

Love it. Just love it. This coat rack is a nice warm wood tone and gives a bit of an Arts and Crafts vibe. The brass finish is a bit on the cool side, but it gives worn in instead of brand new- which is perfect. It was incredibly easy to assemble with the included hardware and Allen wrench. While it did included instructions, I didn’t need them since assembly was pretty self explanatory. It took me all of 8 minutes to do by myself. Now the drawbacks, it is a teeny bit crooked. Where it joins is ever so slightly off, but it’s hardly noticeable once bags and jackets are on it. The feet’s threaded shafts are also a little too short, so I can’t quite make one of the feet long enough to keep balance or it falls out. But that’s easily fixable with a sticky backed felt pad. All in all, for the price, I am very very happy with my purchase!
