Cute rug but had tassels missing!

Ordered this rug for with target delivery. Tipped the driver. Opened the rug to find half the tassels missing on one side. So odd! Frustrating that I'm now out the tip money and still have to drive to the store to return it. Its a pretty rug and seems well made otherwise but definitely open it up and check it before you leave the parking lot.
