Q: So, this went from 12oz to 10oz and went up in price? Also, is fair trade no longer a value for this company? I have been a loyal customer for years. I'm very disappointed with the changes :(

I have been a very loyal customer for years. However, I'm disappointed that they no longer make fair trade a priority. The fact it was both organic and fair trade were the reasons that I stayed loyal to this brand. They have also reduced the size from 12oz to 10oz and increased the price. I do like the coffee, but I'm disappointed in these changes.

The full body is a favorite of my family and friends. It doesn't make me jittery or keep me up at night, which I definitely need when I am eating later in the evening. I love to put it out during dessert service when I have friends over for a party. It smells great too. Even though it is 10 oz (vs the traditional 12 oz bag), one bag lasts a long time. It has a bold flavor and is quite strong for me. I like to enjoy it with a little flavored coffee creamer. A few things to note: It is an organic coffee so the bag size is 10 ounces versus the non organic coffee being a 12 ounce bag. It is a bold flavored coffee, so I found that I needed slightly less ground coffee per serving than the bag recommends. I like this coffee but I think I would prefer something a little less bold.
