    Simply the Best!

    Thoroughly Surprised & Pleased

    I was hesitant to order this but have been thoroughly happy with it and enjoy going to sleep and waking up now. The only thing I'd change is being able to update your routine while it's happening without having to start over.

    Needs better speaker

    Overall I love it, however sometimes the speaker cracks wen tye volume is less than half. It is a distracting sound that pulls me form sleep. Please make a model with a better speaker, and/or additional speaker to better support the sound.

    Not the best too many tech defaults

    After getting the upgrade I thought the alarm would be better and more luxury but the colors aren’t as saturated or strong, it’s skipping alarms and the brightness issue on the time face doesn’t work sometimes it’ll be 3 pm and I can’t see the time but it’s bright at 3 am just not the best

    It’s so dense and complicated. I want to be able to just easily pick the sounds and colors. Why must I subscribe to something? I can listen to a meditation or sound bath on my phone.

    Good but room for improvement

    I am liking my Hatch but still find that I go into the app every night to customize my nightly journey. It would be great if I can do this once a week and set a bunch of different sleep cues/stories/lights/white noises for the various days of the week all at once. I like variety so I like to switch it up each night but would like to not have to do it each time I go to bed. I also understand Hatch is not a speaker but it would be great if you could connect it to apps like Headway or provide similar content to integrate with your lights and set a sleep timer and go to sleep after listening for 10-15 min.

    Expen$ive & requires a subscription for 48. 00 a year to enjoy all the many benefits. Works well, ya need to learn it to operate it efficiently. I’m still learning. I go to sleep more relaxed and confident of a well rested. I wake up more rested and a lil more refreshed. Minus One star for at times the light turns off prematurely although it’s still in its correct mode & time. Minus another star: the light for clock and any of the colors it produces does not dim enough even when on “1”… DO NOT AIMLESSLY SCROLL YOU CELL PHONE BEFORE BED! DONT LOOK AT THE CLOCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHEN YOU GO TINKS! Use the hatch! Do I recommend? You can decide that!

    Hey, we love your product but feel it is a little greedy and bad user experience to ask us to pay for a subscription service on top to get slightly better audio options. It also turned a pleasant unboxing experience into a frustration.

    I am such a hard sleeper, and this has actually helped my body naturally get into a lighter sleep in the mornings, my mornings are less stressful and more productive. As someone with diagnosed insomnia falling asleep is a task but this helps my body to relax and fall asleep much faster!

    It’s not a want… it’s a need!

    My aura ring use to tell me I was “weight training” when I woke up every morning because my heart rate would sky rocket… not anymore! I wake up so peacefully and the gradual sunrise wakes me up so well. When I get ready for bed the calming music is so peaceful and then I have a built in bed time story. LIFE CHANGING!!! I recommend to everyone.

    Great alarm clock, Poor app experience

    I love the concept of this alarm clock, but the app needs so much work. There’s so much latency when turning an alarm on or updating settings in general and it gives a failure message twice before finally saving.

    Hatch for the stay asleep win

    Since using my Hatch I have been able to stay asleep each evening and if I do awake in the night I fall right back asleep. It has also allowed me to keep the TV off throughout the night.

    I wish you could link your own music

    The light options are great but the sound/ wake-up music choices are not good in my opinion. They do not get me out of bed. I wish i could link my Spotify or something to it. The white noises are great i use the fan setting when i fall asleep.

    So far, I’ve been a week screen free by using this hatch app. My therapist is even going to refer this product to her patients who doom scroll like I did. I must say my sleep has improved, I thought it would be harder to not pick up a phone to scroll in the middle of the night, but it’s actually been an easy change so far. I do wish that I could attach other links to hatch such as certain types of music, audiobooks, or I’m hoping Hatch will get more and more apps added. I’m still figuring it all out, but my favorite part is when I come into the bedroom and it has the jazz music playing with red light that I set up as a wind down that’s been my favorite part so far
