Disappointed.
We used this toy in the pool once and my little guy love it. It worked great. We took it home to recharge and it never worked again after. We did note that there was water in the charging port even with the rubber stopper placed in it. Not sure if that had anything to do with it. Pretty disappointed this didn’t last longer.

We are wondering if you made sure that the switch on the bottom of the shark is set to "ON" and whether you tried to replace the batteries with new brand name ones. Lots of fun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were so excited to open toy and use it in grandmas pool. The kids were able to navigate the shark around the pool with the controller. The tail flexes as it swims around and if it pops off when the kids play, it easily pieces back together.

Super fun water toy 🦈
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a COOL toy! My kids loved seeing it glide. It's easy to take to the pool or into water play. Once we got it charged up it was just giving it a quick plunge in the kitchen sink to test. The only feed back my kiddos gave was the controller was hard to manipulate.
