Using this cord follow the instructions from the user manual "CHARGING YOUR FAN: Plug the USB-A of charging cable into your power adaptor, plug the Micro-USB of charging cable into the fan. • When the fan is charging, the red light will flash. • When the fan is fully charged, the red light will off and the green light will on until ON/OFF is pressed. • The fan requires approximately 3 ~ 4 hours to full charge but may take longer." This little guy puts out a lot of power. It's absolutely wonderful that it's so portable and it attaches anything, those legs are strong and I never have a problem with it falling off of anything. And the battery lasts a super long time.You know, and it's just lightweight, easy to use would recommend for multiple uses

It has a strong motor and adjustable settings for speed of the air flow. The knobby legs are quite flexible and can stand on a table or wrap around just about anything, not just a stroller handle. Great for a stroller, as indicated and perfectly suited for exercise at home or even hot flashes.😉 The legs come off to hang as well.

A great fan to take on the go and can positions in different ways and add to your baby stroller when it is hot outside or for your personal use. It charge up quickly and come with a cord that you plug in your outlet or portable charger. It give you a nice breeze on a summer day and not noise to bother other people.

This is a great stroller fan! It has multiple ways to use it and it doesn't even need to be used with a stroller. It can wrap on a wagon handle or it can be held. The stand is also removable and it has a hook so it can be hung or hooked on something. The "legs" are sturdy and flexible to wrap multiple ways. The head part of the fan also moves in multiple directions. It charges quick and the charge lasts awhile. I can't say for sure how long the charge lasts with constant use but we used it once and didn't recharge it for weeks and it still had a full charge! It has 3 speeds and the highest speed is really high which will be perfect for a hot day. The slots are perfect where little fingers won't get stuck in them.

I love the idea of this stroller fan. It can be used as a tripod to set it up on a table. It can also be attached to a stroller or wagon for a cool breeze on-the-go. The fan is quiet and the settings are easy to use. Although I appreciate that it does not require batteries, it does not come with a charging cable. The chargers we use with our phones were not compatible, and thankfully I was able to find 1 charger in our house that would work. But keep in mind that you may need to purchase a charger for this.

does not hold charge. it’s labeled as a stroller fan but you have to leave it charging for it to work, otherwise it will work for 30 minutes unplugged (after being charged)

Our Stroller Fan will run for 1.5-4 hours depending on the fan speed used, however, several factors outside the fan itself can affect battery runtime. Environmental conditions like very hot or cold temperatures can also impact how efficiently the battery performs. If airflow is blocked or the fan is placed too close to a wall or object, the motor has to work harder, which can drain the battery faster. To get the longest use between charges, we recommend using lower fan speeds when possible, keeping the fan in a well-ventilated space, and avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. If none of these factors were involved in shortening the run time to 30 minutes, and you are sure that the battery was fully charged, then you may need to return your unit to Target for a new one. I wanted to love this. Color is nice, it’s very versatile and I love that it has different speeds and is easy to adjust the fan and legs. But, as others said, it doesn’t hold a charge. Also it doesn’t have a USBC port which has been the most inconvenient thing for me since almost everything these days has a usbc charger.

I love the fan as it is. The way you can manipulate it to stay or stand facing whatever direction you need. 3 speeds is also a huge plus. My biggest gripe though is the lack of holding a charge. I got this mainly for my meetings so I could have something on ME and not everyone else. Most days it lasts me maybe 15 minutes of my 60 minute meetings. Even being on the charger all night! I don’t know if it’s just certain ones that do this or what but everything else about this fan is great.

Love all the features this fan offers. I was using a clip one, but I love this octopus style better for sure. I love how it turns all the different ways, it has 3 levels of speed and you can sense the difference. I would recommend and really feel I will be using this a lot for my baby once the weather requires it.

To be honest I wanted this to be good but it did not really hold a charge. Even after having charged overnight, after 10 minutes of use the product stopped working. Received through the Target Bullseye program but wouldn’t recommend.

Convenient chargeable multipurpose fan.

This is labeled as a stroller fan, but really can be used anywhere you need a small fan. It runs on internal rechargeable batteries that you can recharge with a micro USB cable. The fan has 3 speed settings and is relatively quiet on the lowest setting and an audible hum on the highest setting. The actual fan measures approximately 5" in diameter and is about 2.25" thick. The whole fan can spin 360 degrees, which is a nice feature. There are no wires or anything else to get it the way from it spinning all the way around. The fan is attached a set of three flexible arms about 7.5" long. These can be used to mount the fan in multiple locations and in multiple positions. It comes with a strap but no instructions on how to use it and I can't figure out how or why you would use it. Overall this is a cute convenient little fan with multiple uses.
