Healthy and Tasty
My dog has been eating JFFD exclusively since she was six months old. She is now almost 11 and still acts like a puppy. While foods are the way to keep your dog healthy and happy!

Disappointed
The food itself is made fresh and with good ingredients, unfortunately neither my new dog or my senior dog like it and I am stuck with several packets I can't use. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in the amount spent for food that will go to waste.

Switched diet from lamb & rice to Turkey.
So far the dogs are doing ok with the food as a topper. I bought Turkey since he has allergies to chicken & beef. I’m still watching my dog to be sure it can be a permanent product in his daily diet. Miyagi likes the flavor, but can be a picky eater at times. He is still vomiting at times, so I have to be certain it is not the food, but rather his GI & Acid Reflux. I will watch & update

Turkey is a winner!
We started out with the chicken and Murphy enjoyed it. For variety, I tried the beef. He wasn’t a fan. This time we got the turkey. He gobbles it up!

My dog stopped eating this after a while
My dog is not particularly picky and LOVES to eat. Initially, she at this food without any problem. However, after a while, she started to leave her bowl full or would only eat a little of the food. I was adding supplement powders to the food, so I thought that was why she wasn't eating it. However, even when I didn't add the supplements, she didn't want to eat this food. I'm not sure if she developed a bad association. I opened a box of the Rescue Remedy for her today and she ate it quickly.

Dogs love it, we love it! No more freezer space lost!
Our boys love this food as much or more than the frozen and boxed versions!

Daisy loves it.
This food was recommend by my holistic vet. Just 2 minor complaints: 1. The food is hard to get out of the package. 2. It is slightly less than 12 oz. because of the “film” that is left on the inside of the package and on the spoon.

Great choice
My dog has always been a picky eater. This is the first food that he cleans his bowl for. He loves it.

Keeps an older dog feeling good
When Aimee’s body wasn’t dealing well with what was supposed to be premium food, my vet recommended Just Food for Dogs. She loved it, had more energy, looked good overall. For travel, I tried JustFresh, which she eagerly and quickly consumes, after reminding me that it’s mealtime, of course! She’s 15 now, the oldest dog I’ve had, but she’s so healthy, happy, and loves her neighborhood walks. Only recently leg injuries have ended her mountain trail walks. We are considering JustFresh instead of FreshFozen for her very happy life!

Does not look like marketing photos
I was looking forward to a fresh food, not frozen, but I will say it looks nothing like the photos posted. It is a pile of mush with uncooked turkey. I would not feed it to my dogs.

Great food smells awful
I think the food is good for my dog but it is really smelly. So I wonder if it is the preservatives.

Too thick sticky and smelly
I’m sure good quality but smells terrible and is so thick and sticky it’s hard for dogs to get out of bowl and me off the spoon. Good as a backup but will stick with the frozen.

Pixie loves it!
Pixie has IBD and wouldn’t eat any of the commercial prescription dog food. Hydrologized protein. I worked with a nutritionist and she recommended JFFD

High quality option (especially for travel)
Usually I feed the DIY options from JustFoodForDogs, but I love this option for travel or for times when I don’t have access to a fridge. The quality is excellent and the pups love the taste. I feel it is a great option and my dogs have great energy to fuel their adventures while on this.

My dogs love it!
I’ve been getting the flash frozen turkey meals but decided to try these packets (I use both just as a topper to their dry food) and my dogs seem to really really like it, they devour it in seconds and look up at me for more.

Our dog loves it but we don’t like the smell
Our dog happily ate this. We got it for the convenience of the zip pouch for travel. Normally we get the frozen turkey recipe. That one doesn’t smell bad but these pouches have a strong odor. We’ll use the ones we bought but not sure I’d order again. I did see some whole rice in her stool the following day, so not sure she fully digested it
