Parcel was banged around badly in transit. Packaging inside

The box containing the item was clearly dropped and collapsed. One end of the box was completely caved in the packing. Tape was almost ripped open. The actual item inside had the clear display plastic all dented in. It's not in a very presentable condition for it to be a gift.
